Job Description

Sussex County Community College is currently seeking an IT Intern. The IT Intern supports the college s information technology operations by assisting with basic computer setup, software installation, user support, and troubleshooting. This position allows hands-on experience with IT systems, customer service, and professional workplace practices under the guidance of IT staff.
Responsibilities may include:
Responding to help desk requests Maintaining hardware and peripheral devices Supporting network and classroom technology Documenting technical issues and solutions. The intern gains hands-on experience with IT systems, customer service, and professional workplace practices under the guidance of IT staff. Candidates must be an actively enrolled student at SCCC.
