Months Job Description:

Our client is seeking an Identity Infrastructure Specialist to support Windows and/or Linux systems, cloud applications, and identity management services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and organizational skills, excellent communication and customer service abilities, and experience supporting identity infrastructure in a professional IT environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and support Windows and/or Linux systems. Deploy and operate cloud applications in a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) environment. Support directory services, single sign-on (SSO), and account lifecycle management. Assist with identity and access management processes and related infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide responsive customer support. Collaborate with IT teams and end users to resolve issues and maintain reliable services. Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions as needed. Support IT service management processes and other infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience using and maintaining Windows and/or Linux systems. 1+ year of experience deploying and operating cloud applications in a PaaS environment. 1+ year of experience with directory services, single sign-on, or account lifecycle management. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Higher education experience is strongly preferred. Experience with ITSM platforms, particularly ServiceNow, is preferred.
