Job Description

Penske Automotive Group is looking for an experienced Field Support IT Technician to join our team in Eatontown, NJ and help support the infrastructure of our technical organization.

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for assisting employees with questions on the usage of technology and for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software, and networks. Pay for this position is $23.00 - $25.00.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Ability to troubleshoot technology issues for employees over the phone and in person. Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, with a positive "team-player" attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong work ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Strong mathematical, analytical, and computer skills relevant to an Information Technology position, with at least one year of recent applicable experience.
