Job Description

Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico is seeking a reliable, proactive Part-time IT Support Technician to manage our day-to-day needs and keep the clinic running smoothly. This position serves on-site for all technical troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, and basic network support. This position reports to and works alongside the IT Supervisor.
Responsibilities :
Set up, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and desk phones Assist staff with routine software issues, password resets, and basic troubleshooting of our Electronic Medical Record system Maintain basic office connectivity Handle IT provisioning for new hires, such as setting up accounts, emails, and workstations, and manage access for departing staff. Ensure all devices adhere to healthcare privacy regulations Maintain an organized inventory of IT assets
Qualifications :
1-2 years experience in IT support Problem-solving Values privacy and adheres to HIPAA guidelines Prior experience working in a medical environment preferred but not required Medical Associates of Northern New Mexico has provided Los Alamos and the surrounding areas with comprehensive and quality healthcare services since 1995. Our multi-specialty office has 13 providers and sees over 2,000 patients a month. We value having a supportive, dedicated team who care for our patients and each other.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
