Workplace Management & Field Support Technician

job summary: Join our Field Services team as a Workplace Management Practitioner, where you will be the face of IT for our Bethpage site. You will play a vital role in ensuring our workforce remains productive through elite hardware support, software management, and onsite technical expertise.

Bethpage, New York job type: Contract salary: $22 - 25 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: • Troubleshoot and resolve complex laptop and hardware issues for a diverse enterprise user base. Lead Windows 11 upgrade initiatives and manage the full lifecycle of hardware (IMACD). Ensure system security and compliance through Windows EUC patching via BigFix. Support onsite collaboration by troubleshooting Audio/Video equipment and meeting room technology.

qualifications:

• Proven experience in enterprise-level IT end-user support and hardware maintenance. Proficiency with Active Directory, Remote Desktop, and inventory management systems. Excellent customer service skills with a track record of improving service desk performance.
