• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer or similar role Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products Hands-on experience in troubleshooting laptop, desktop, thin clients, printer, telephony hardware issues • troubleshoot basic software technical issues Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software (e.g. Beyond trust, ServiceNow, etc.) Any Specific Mandate skill required Windows, desktop, troubleshooting, VIP Support, i
