We are seeking a Customer Engineer for end-user support at a walk-up Tech Bar in Buffalo, New York. This is a contract position for 3-4 months, based on-site at 239 Van Rensselaer St. The role focuses on hands-on technical support for end-user devices and troubleshooting in a fast-paced, user-facing environment. Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical support for end-user devices and related technical equipment Support walk-up help desk or concierge-style technical assistance Perform device imaging and related technical support using imaging software Document and track support requests through ticketing systems Collaborate with team members and users to resolve technical issues Maintain high standards for support reliability and user experience Communicate clearly with users and team members, both verbally and in writing Qualifications Required Experience supporting a walk-up Tech Bar or concierge help desk environment Hands-on experience with imaging software and device support Experience with ticketing systems, particularly ServiceNow CompTIA A+ certification or related PC support certification Professional demeanor with a customer-focused approach Clear spoken and written English communication skills Ability to work on-site daily at the Buffalo location Passion for audiovisual technology and support Preferred Experience in FinTech environments
