The Opportunity StaffRight Associates is seeking a dynamic, customer-centric IT professional to step into an impactful, part-time technical support role. What You ll Do Champion first-tier technical assistance for internal personnel through in-person engagement, telephone communication, and structured ticketing workflows. Resolve incoming service requests rapidly and effectively, maintaining elevated benchmarks for response times and end-user satisfaction. Provision and distribute new hardware configurations, including workstations, portable computers, displays, mobile devices, and essential peripherals. Execute system imaging protocols and migrate workstations to modern cloud-based endpoint management frameworks to ensure seamless device deployment. Oversee mobile device lifecycles, coordinating equipment procurement, upgrades, and provisioning through major telecom carriers. Empower users by troubleshooting critical enterprise software ecosystems, including major ERP platforms and business-critical software suites. Diagnose complex operating system anomalies, software glitches, and application errors within a Windows-centric environment. Synthesize detailed documentation capturing technical resolutions, recurring issues, and asset inventories to foster knowledge sharing and continuous workflow refinement. What You Bring Adaptability to commit to a part-time schedule spanning 20 to 40 hours weekly, with a mandatory on-site schedule across 5 business days. Demonstrated background of 2-3 years delivering dedicated technical helpdesk or service desk solutions within a corporate setting. Superior communication and interpersonal capabilities, with a proven knack for translating intricate technical solutions into easily digestible terms for non-technical staff. Advanced mastery of Windows operating environments and comprehensive desktop application troubleshooting techniques. Practical familiarity with modern system provisioning, endpoint imaging, and contemporary device lifecycle management strategies. Exposure to enterprise platforms like various Microsoft Dynamics suites or equivalent ERP, CRM, and accounting software (highly advantageous, though not mandatory). Proven multitasking acumen, with the capacity to prioritize a fluctuating queue of support tickets concurrently without compromising service quality.
Compensation & Total Rewards Core Compensation:
