We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support to employees in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on resolving hardware, software, and application issues while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote technical support to employees.

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, hardware, software, and application issues.

Diagnose technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.

Escalate complex issues when required.

Support employees through in-person and remote channels.

Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive user experience.

Follow documented processes and procedures for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Manage multiple support requests while keeping stakeholders informed.

Maintain consistent service quality and customer satisfaction.

Work effectively with employees, business partners, and teams at all levels.

Learn and apply technical knowledge to resolve issues efficiently.

Meet required performance and service-level goals. Required Skills

Desktop and technical support experience.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of hardware, software, and applications.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work 5 days onsite in Fishkill, NY.

Ability to support users both onsite and remotely. #RTA
