Job Description Are you passionate about technology and delivering exceptional customer service? We're seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide hands-on and remote support to employees across corporate offices, retail locations, distribution centers, and remote environments. In this role, you'll be a trusted technology partner, helping resolve hardware, software, and application issues while ensuring a seamless end-user experience. Pay Rate Range - $28-30/HR on W2

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, hardware, software, and application issues Provide timely support to onsite and remote employees Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through every interaction Escalate and track complex issues through resolution Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support business productivity Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

Experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Ability to support end users both onsite and remotely A proactive, team-oriented approach to technology support If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
