POSITION SUMMARY

Provides repair services and technical support to team members

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provide repair and maintenance work on CNC milling machines, in-house and occasionally on-site. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CNC machines and CAD/CAM software or hardware issues. 3. Provide team members with technical support and guidance 4. Other duties as assigned

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical equipment repair 2. Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills are required. 3. Ability to work successfully, both independently, as well as part of a team. 4. Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Prior CNC and CAD/CAM experience 2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 3. Excellent communication skills. Friendly and polite solution-oriented customer service mindset.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

1. High School diploma or equivalent 2. Technical degree (vocational school, Associate Degree) or 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area 3. Driver's License 4. Authorization to work 1JOB
