Our client, a specialized company in creating custom window treatments and coverings for high-end residential and commercial spaces, is seeking a Clerical Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Clerical Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the sales and project coordination teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Support senior sales team members by organizing site measure information, project notes, drawings, photos, and product selections. Review and verify quote information for completeness, clarity, and accuracy. Coordinate with vendors for pricing, lead times, and technical clarifications. Prepare and draft quote packages for internal review and approval. Assist with operational tasks such as documentation, scheduling, follow-up, and process improvements to ensure smooth business operations. What's Needed? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling technical information and measurements. Excellent organizational and follow-through skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Comfort with spreadsheets, project tracking systems, and CRM tools.
