Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and devices using Active Directory.
- Administer Office 365 licenses, users, and groups, ensuring efficient functionality.
- Perform basic device and user management tasks using Microsoft Intune.
- Organize and maintain IT equipment, including setting up devices and connecting cables.
- Respond to service desk tickets promptly and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve recurring technical problems.
- Ensure all IT systems meet organizational standards and are properly maintained.
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates and solutions regarding technical challenges.
- Document resolutions and best practices for future reference.
