IT Support Specialist

Overview Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused approach to support users. Core Experience 2-3 years of Desktop Support or similar IT support experience Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Experience working with ticketing or incident management systems Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals Image, configure, ship, and track devices and accessories Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle Manage incidents and requests in ServiceNow while meeting SLAs Provide high-quality support to users both onsite and remotely Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
