Job Overview SASA Consulting is a leading company in our industry in the region. We're now hiring an Onsite Helpdesk Technician in Walton, NY to fulfill a dedicated, onsite position. You'll be glad you applied to SASA Consulting Responsibilities for Onsite Technician Perform Daily Onsites at our client's multiple locations Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner according to company standards Respond to customer issues via phone, ticket system according to company standards Provide customer assistance Must document customer interactions Run diagnostics to resolve customer reported issues Escalate issues to the next Tier with next level of difficulty Install, make changes and repair computer hardware and software Follow-up with customers to ensure issues are resolved Qualifications for Help Desk Technician 2+ years of experience working in a help desk environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts with minimal notice Proficiency with Microsoft Windows computers Excellent oral communication skills Detail oriented in order to keep detailed notes on tickets Highly organized to keep Help desk tickets order Ability to diagnose and resolve basic computer technical issues.
