Responsibilities Testing hardware, software and firmware Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues related to iOS and Android App for IoT system utilizing ticketing systems to log, track, and manage support requests effectively. Assist customers via phone, email, or in-person with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service. Conduct software troubleshooting to identify and resolve application-related problems. Assisting in other areas such as new features, new product development and other areas as needed Skills Strong understanding of iOS and Android App for IoT system, and WiFi networks. Experience in IoT devices and troubleshooting. Excellent software troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. Familiarity with various office applications and tools is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Requirements Proven experience providing technical support in a help desk or IT support environment with a focus on desktop support and customer service excellence Strong troubleshooting skills in software applications, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and hardware components Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including TCP/IP protocols, DNS configuration, VPN setup, firewall management, LAN/WAN architecture, and network security best practices Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications along with familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory management Experience managing computer hardware components such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals Knowledge of IT infrastructure tools like SCCM for device management and GPO for policy enforcement Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users while providing exceptional customer service Join us in delivering innovative technology solutions that empower users worldwide!
