Its COFE™ WES platform coordinates labor, software, and automation to enable waveless, real-time fulfillment. Customers rely on VARGO® for higher throughput, improved service levels, and a lower cost per unit, even during peak periods. Role Description The Software Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, OH. This role is responsible for providing technical and customer support for VARGO® software solutions, including troubleshooting issues, analyzing system performance, and assisting users with configuration and usage questions. The specialist will respond to support tickets, document reported problems, collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to resolve complex issues, and help maintain knowledge base articles and support documentation. Daily activities include monitoring system alerts, testing fixes, communicating status updates to stakeholders, and ensuring timely, accurate resolution of software-related concerns. The role may also assist with user training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives for support processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for software and IT systems. Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to diagnose issues, interpret logs, and identify root causes. Experience with warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics systems and familiarity with WMS/WES or automation technologies is beneficial. Ability to read and understand technical documentation and basic proficiency with databases or scripting is a plus. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple support requests, and meet response and resolution targets.
