The purpose of this position is to assist employees with computer hardware, software, or peripheral problems and maintain a working knowledge of the problems and solutions provided. Set-up new computers; installs software and peripherals. Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and peripheral problems; communicate support solutions to employees via telephone, email, remote on-site and/or off-site access or in person. Create and/or design, and maintain a support tracking system. Maintain computer training lab computers and software. Assist in maintaining Windows operating systems, email administration, network management, security administration, and website administration as needed by the Information Technology Director. Creates and assists with design and creation of forms, reports, databases, etc. as needed.
