‑TIMEPOSITION
Seasonal Digital Asset Coordinator (Entry‑Level) The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a Seasonal Digital Asset Coordinator to support the Content Team for the duration of the football season. This role serves as the central hub for the club's digital content library, supporting departments including production, social, creative, marketing, and external partners. This position plays a critical role in how the Bengals preserve, access, and activate visual content across the organization. The Seasonal Digital Asset Manager will be responsible for maintaining an accurate, organized, and searchable archive of Bengals photography and video, ensuring internal teams can efficiently locate and utilize content throughout the season. Think of this role as part librarian, part historian, and part air‑traffic controller for everything we capture. This role is scheduled to begin Monday, July 6th and will require 40+ hours/week (schedule dependent). The role is overtime eligible.IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is not a production role. This position does not include filming, editing, or content creation responsibilities. Instead, the role focuses on organization, logging, tagging, and retrieval of digital assets in support of the broader content ecosystem.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Asset Management & Organization Serve as a primary steward of the Bengals' digital asset library (photo and video) during the season. Log, tag, and organize all incoming content with accuracy and consistency. Maintain structured metadata to ensure assets are searchable and easily retrievable. Adhere to and support best practices for file naming, tagging, and archiving systems. Continuously audit and clean the library to maintain quality and usability. Content Retrieval & Service Act as a centralized service resource for internal teams including social, production, creative, marketing, and partnerships. Fulfill asset requests quickly and accurately for internal stakeholders. Support external media, league partners, and approved third parties with asset retrievals. Anticipate recurring needs and proactively surface relevant content when appropriate. Team Historian Build familiarity with Bengals content across seasons, players, moments, and campaigns. Maintain a strong working knowledge of available assets and their locations. Help preserve and elevate key franchise moments through proper organization and accessibility. Gameday Responsibilities Begin logging and organizing content at halftime (home games) or upon the team's arrival at the stadium (away games).Work postgame to:
Log all Bengals‑generated footage until complete (potentially night hours). Identify and remove unusable or redundant content. Log all relevant NFL and league‑provided footage the following day. Maintain accuracy and efficiency under tight gameday and postgame timelines. Receive a flex day off following gameday responsibilities. What Success Looks Like Internal teams can locate and access needed assets quickly and without friction. The Bengals' content library remains clean, searchable, accurate, and consistently organized throughout the season.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in media management, digital media, communications, or a related field. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage and process large volumes of digital content efficiently. Familiarity with digital asset management systems, file structures, and metadata best practices (Iconik or similar systems preferred). Strong communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Passion for sports, storytelling, and the Bengals brand is a plus. Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Bengals home games; some away‑game travel may be required.WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an on‑site, seasonal position designed to provide asset management coverage for the Bengals' football season. Hours will vary week‑to‑week and increase during training camp, the regular season, and around gamedays.
