Job Description
Responsibilities As a Helpdesk agent, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the overall functionality of computer systems within an organization. This role requires a combination of remote assistance through the help desk and on-site support to address hardware and software-related problems. This is a full-time, onsite position based at our client's location in Dayton, OH. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or Technical Support role. Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11. Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Administration. Working knowledge of DNS and DHCP. Experience supporting iMac and MacBook environments. Experience troubleshooting Chromebooks and Windows laptops. Experience working with IT ticketing/help desk systems. Required expertise with tools like Intune & Autopilot, and SCCM Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
