IT Support Specialist (In-House) Euclid, Ohio | Full-Time, Onsite | $65,000 to $70,000 A well-established, growing law firm is seeking an in-house IT Support Specialist to be the go-to technology resource for its team of 100+ employees, about half of whom work out of the Euclid office. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping people productive, and growing with an organization over the long term. What You Will Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for software, hardware, and office equipment issues
• Manage support tickets from intake through resolution
• Set up and configure computers for new and existing employees
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot printers and other office equipment
• Support and troubleshoot the firm's phone system
• Handle data transfers between devices and systems
• Support CRM setup and configuration
• Manage relationships with outside technology vendors
• Support Microsoft Surface laptops, Dell computers and equipment, and Microsoft products across the firm
• Travel to other firm locations as needed What You Bring
• 2+ years of IT support experience
• Hands-on experience with computers, printers, and office equipment
• Experience working in a ticketing system and resolving issues from start to finish
• Experience with data transfers and system setup, including CRM
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products; Surface and Dell experience a plus
