Job Description

Responsibilities Provide on-site technical support for executive users and pharmacy-related systems and devices. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, telephony systems, and other technology equipment. Research, test, and evaluate new technology solutions and products. Develop proactive solutions to prevent recurring issues and automate routine maintenance tasks. Support and contribute to enterprise-wide technology initiatives and projects. Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on user satisfaction and timely issue resolution. Identify, analyze, and resolve underlying technical issues by gathering detailed information from users. Document incidents, resolutions, and support activities accurately and thoroughly. Provide creative and effective alternative solutions to meet evolving business needs. Participate in rotational/on-call support coverage as required. Collaborate with team members by actively sharing knowledge and providing support when needed.
Education :
High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree or 2 or more years of job-related experience preferred.
Pay:
$27.00 - $28.00 per hour
