Marketing Journey Implementation Build and maintain marketing journeys within CRM and marketing automation platforms
Translate journey maps and lifecycle strategies into workflows, automations and triggers
Ensure segmentation, timing and communication logic are implemented correctly
Partner closely with Marketing team to bring customer journeys to life through systems
Build and maintain dashboards and reports related to journey analytics and metrics
Ensure systems remain aligned with evolving initiatives and strategies Salesforce & CRM Optimization Own and improve the structure, usability and scalability of marketing-related Salesforce components
Build and maintain flows, automations, campaigns and supporting data models
Continuously enhance system usability for Growth, Marketing and Development teams
Ensure Salesforce supports segmentation, tracking and campaign execution effectively
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization
Refine automations and workflows based on performance insights and organizational needs
Support implementation of A/B testing and campaign iteration within systems Cross-System Integration Manage integrations between Salesforce and external marketing tools (email, SMS, web platforms, etc.)
Collaborate with IT team members to maintain a stable and scalable system ecosystem
Design, build and maintain how data flows between Salesforce and integrated marketing platforms
Ensure data is accurate, consistent and reliably synchronized across systems
Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable system architecture
Identify and resolve breakdowns in data flow, automation logic, integrations, data inconsistencies or system performance
Develop a strong understanding of Growth, Health, Development, Marketing and web workflows Documentation & Governance Document system architecture, automations and data flows
Maintain clear standards and best practices for CRM usage and automation development
Support IT governance policies related to system changes and process managementEnsure sustainability and clarity for ongoing system maintenance Qualifications A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce Strong understanding of system integrations, data flow and automation
Experience supporting or working within marketing, growth or campaign execution environments Working knowledge of marketing funnels, customer journeys and lifecycle marketing concepts
Experience building or managing marketing automations such as email, SMS or multi-step campaigns Ability to translate business and marketing requirements into technical solutions Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work with and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, follow-through and execution Experience building automations such as Salesforce Flows or similar tools (preferred)
Familiarity with segmentation strategies, audience targeting and campaign logic (preferred)
Understanding of marketing performance concepts such as conversion rates, attribution and A/B testing (preferred)
Basic understanding of APIs, SQL or web technologies (preferred)
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, marketing or related field (preferred)
Willing to travel to Hilliard, OH once a week for in person work Salary and Benefits From $70,000 per year
