A Help Desk Technician or Analyst provides technical support to computer users. Handles customer inquiries and works to resolve technical issues with computer hardware, software or networks. Provides customer support by phone, email, live chat or with screen sharing. May refer customers with complex system or application problems for more advanced technical support. Tracks help requests using a ticketing system.

Job Description
Primary daily requirements include: Installing and repairing customer's hardware and software on their PCs, notebooks, and tablets. Some sales and answering customer calls and dealing with customers in person. We are looking for...
- An independent self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment and can solve our customer's diverse technical issues.
- Experience in PC/laptop repair and installation is required, with MCSE, MCP, A+/N+ Certifications are preferred
- but not required.
- Someone who knows how to build PCs and troubleshoot them.
- Someone who loves all things tech and is responsible.
- Excellent customer service is required.
- This is an in-shop position. Monday
- Friday 10 AM
- 5 PM & some Saturdays 10 AM
- 2 PM.
