4 months, Contract-2-Hire Pay rate: $25/hour W2 Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Provide technical support for servers, workstations, applications, desk phones, mobile devices, printers, A/V equipment and other IT related systems Create and manage user accounts and access Perform Office 365 and network administration Assist in IT Asset Management to ensure accurate inventory records Open and track tickets, prioritize, follow up on service requests, and escalate as necessary Required skills: Office 365 Administration Microsoft Office Experience Active Directory Experience Exchange Server/ Exchange Online Experience Networking
