Position Overview As a Service Desk Technician - Level 1 , you'll provide first-line technical support to our clients—both remotely and onsite. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that includes device setup, ticket response, troubleshooting, and routine site visits. Key Responsibilities Resolve Level 1 support tickets: Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, password resets) Windows 10/11 PCs, printers, hardware peripherals, and common end-user issues Basic networking (Wi-Fi connectivity, IP settings, DNS) Perform scheduled onsite client visits to handle walkthroughs, minor issues, and updates Set up and deploy new computers, printers, and devices using checklists and imaging tools Escalate complex or unfamiliar issues to Level 2 or senior staff Follow documentation protocols in IT Glue and assist in keeping records up to date Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and teammates Participate in team check-ins, training sessions, and mentorship activities Required Qualifications 0-2 years of IT support or helpdesk experience Familiarity with: Microsoft 365 (basic support and troubleshooting) Windows desktop operating systems (Windows 10/11) Printers, laptops, desktops, and peripherals Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to follow processes and learn new systems quickly Valid driver's license (company vehicle provided for client travel) Bonus Points For CompTIA A+, Network+, or other entry-level certifications Experience in a helpdesk, MSP, or field tech environment Familiarity with RMM or PSA tools (ConnectWise preferred)

$50,000
