This full-time, in-office position will report to the Director of Administration. Does this describe you? You enjoy creating order, structure, and consistency. You naturally look for ways to improve systems, streamline processes, and ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes. You are detail-oriented and care about getting things right. You catch errors others miss and take ownership of getting things done correctly the first time. You are a problem solver who follows through. When something needs to be figured out—whether administrative or technical—you take initiative, work through it, and ensure it gets resolved. You are organized and disciplined in how you manage your work. You are comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining clarity, prioritization, and strong follow-up. You are technically capable and resourceful. You are comfortable working across systems and tools, learning new technology, and supporting others when issues arise. We offer… A small, entrepreneurial company where you will be valued and encouraged to reach your full potential. You will be part of a close-knit group where everyone is appreciated and works to provide the best services to our clients and customers. Competitive pay and benefits designed to attract and retain highly motivated people. A flexible setting with a casual dress code that is the opposite of "corporate." We encourage taking time off to recharge and flexing your hours to attend school functions or medical appointments. We want you to embrace life's important moments, not miss them. Fulfilling work that supports our internal team and client operations, making a meaningful impact on the overall effectiveness of the organization. On any given day you might… Manage and maintain client records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems. Support client onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, coordination, and internal communication. Work within our CRM system (HubSpot) to update contacts, companies, and deal information, while supporting data integrity and reporting needs. Assist in maintaining internal systems, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), managing user access, permissions, and shared resources. Provide day-to-day support to staff by troubleshooting software, hardware, and general technology issues, and coordinating with external IT partners when needed. Monitor shared inboxes, route requests appropriately, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Coordinate internal office operations including supplies, vendors, printing, shipping, and general administrative needs. Support internal meetings and team needs by preparing materials, organizing information, and ensuring details are handled efficiently. Create/Update, and format PowerPoint presentations and supporting materials for tradeshows, meetings, and other events. What we look for in you: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and managing data with a high level of accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to be self-motivated while working effectively within a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and outcomes. A solid foundation in administrative and/or systems support, with five years of relevant experience preferred. If this position sounds like a solid fit with your background and abilities, we encourage you to apply.
