Job Description

Tech Dynamix is a growing Managed Service Provider serving small and mid-sized businesses across Northeast Ohio. We focus on doing IT the right way: proactive, secure, well documented, and human. We're looking for a moderately experienced IT technician who already knows their way around Windows, Microsoft 365, and real-world troubleshooting, and who wants a role with variety, ownership, and a clear path forward. This is not a call-center help desk and not a night-shift NOC role. What You'll Be Doing You'll work directly with end users, business owners, and internal teammates to keep client environments running smoothly.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and common peripherals Supporting Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and user and license management Onboarding and offboarding users in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory Responding to RMM alerts including patching, maintenance, and remediation Providing remote support and occasional onsite service visits Assisting with basic networking, security tasks, and infrastructure support Documenting work clearly and accurately in our ticketing system Communicating professionally with clients, no scripts and no guessing You'll see different environments, different problems, and different people. Your judgment will matter. What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who is past the entry-level phase and ready for more responsibility.
Required experience:
2 to 5 years of hands-on IT support experience, MSP or internal IT Strong Windows 10 and 11 troubleshooting skills Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration Clear, professional communication by phone, email, and screen share Ability to manage tasks independently and ask good questions Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Nice to have, but not required: Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, or basic networking Familiarity with RMM or ticketing systems CompTIA, Microsoft, or similar certifications Home lab, side projects, or ongoing self-learning Schedule and Work Environment Monday through Friday, standard business hours Occasional after-hours support, rare and paid In-person role serving Northeast Ohio clients Small team, low bureaucracy, direct communication We value work-life balance and do not run our team into the ground.
