Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Provides application and software support to existing Print & Mail clients, focusing on production support for Ricoh's expanding services. This role involves supporting enterprise and business process applications, including Ricoh Process Director (RPD), Weborder commerce systems, and Avanti Slingshot production control & Billing system. Performs Quality Control (QC) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new client onboarding services. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide production support for application services such as Ricoh Process Director (RPD), Weborder commerce systems, and Avanti Slingshot production control & Billing system.
  • Perform QC and UAT processes for new client onboarding services.
  • Identify problems, develop solutions, and prioritize work without direct supervision.
  • Account for all time and activity by recording information in the Activity Tracking system.
  • Maintain productive, professional relationships with customers and personnel.
  • Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and timely.
  • Present new concepts and follow up to ensure approved concepts are implemented and maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Advanced computer/connectivity competencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform job duties and prioritize work without direct supervision.
  • Methodical approach to identifying problems and developing solutions.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office computer programs.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Presents a professional image in business dress and behavior. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise application(s) or Business process applications.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure such as networking and Active Directory.
  • Experience with ServiceNow/ticketing systems.
  • Understanding and operation of office computing products, computer equipment, data communications, and related area networks.
