In this hands-on role, you'll provide technical support, install and maintain hardware and software, troubleshoot user issues, and help ensure hospital staff have the technology they need to deliver exceptional care. What You'll Do Technical Support & End User Services Install, configure, and deploy computers, printers, scanners, and desktop software. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues for hospital staff. Respond to service desk requests and resolve or escalate technical issues promptly. Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of support requests within the service desk system. Hospital Information Systems Support Support and maintain Hospital Information Systems and related applications. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Order Communications (OC), Radiology Information System (RIS), and Image Management System (IMS) applications. Assist with daily operation of Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), mainframe, and specialty network servers. Support hospital telecommunications systems and related technologies.
