Job Description

We are seeking a System Requirements Coordination Lead to support digital product development within our Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing, managing, and maintaining system-level requirements across multiple domains such as infotainment, AD/ADAS, and digital services, ensuring clear, traceable documentation aligned with strategic goals. Acting as the primary coordinator between product planning, system design, and software teams to resolve ambiguities, conflicts, and gaps prior to development, facilitating shared understanding across functions. Owning process standards for requirements documentation, governance, and quality, and driving continuous process improvements. Supporting system verification, validation, and qualification activities to ensure delivered functionality meets intended requirements, including OTA updates and vehicle launches. Collaborating on system architecture design and supporting digital product releases, ensuring requirements are validated and aligned with product intent.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Systems, Software, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 8+ years in vehicle software or digital application development, with expertise in system architecture, requirements, and cross-domain integration. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with experience in automotive systems engineering and relevant tools.
Workstyle:
