We partner with national organizations to deliver high‑quality, on‑site IT support, and we are seeking experienced field technicians who can uphold Fortune‑500 service standards in dynamic, customer‑facing environments. This contract role supports project‑based assignments and offers flexibility while maintaining the professionalism and execution quality expected by large‑scale corporate clients.

Primary Responsibilities:

Execute on‑site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware and peripherals Perform device replacements, upgrades, and basic network equipment deployments Conduct structured site surveys and follow detailed technical work instructions Document all work performed in accordance with client and PlushTechs standards Communicate effectively with dispatch, project coordinators, and client stakeholders Represent PlushTechs with professionalism, reliability, and adherence to enterprise service expectations

Required Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations Ownership of standard IT field tools Strong technical aptitude with experience in hardware support, device swaps, or basic networking Excellent communication and customer‑service skills Ability to work independently and follow structured processes Prior experience supporting enterprise or multi‑site environments is preferred

Compensation:

Project‑based compensation. Rates vary by assignment type, location, and scope.

Engagement Model:

Technicians are added to our contractor bench and contacted when assignments become available within their coverage area. Work volume is sporadic and not guaranteed. Contractors may accept or decline opportunities based on availability and project fit.
