Description:
AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced L2 Cloud Support Engineer to join our growing team. Be the backbone of operational visibility for mission-critical financial applications. L2 Cloud Support Engineer Join a dynamic team as an L2 Cloud Support Engineer, responsible for driving the reliability, performance, and security of enterprise-scale networks and cloud environments. This role involves troubleshooting complex issues, leading system upgrades, performing proactive health checks, and collaborating with various teams. Deploy, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Azure Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, and App Services. Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AD Connect, Hybrid Identity, VPNs, and ExpressRoute. Serve as the escalation point for complex L2 infrastructure incidents, performing root cause analysis (RCA). Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and other scripting languages. Monitor infrastructure health, system performance, and security compliance. Manage backup policies and disaster recovery plans using Azure Site Recovery. Create and maintain infrastructure documentation, process documents, and configuration records. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
