What You'll Do Support our clients in-person and remotely, solving a variety of day-to-day tech issues Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking problems Use ticketing systems and remote monitoring tools (RMM) to track work and resolve alerts Keep clients informed without the tech jargon Proactively handle system updates, backups, and maintenance Document your work for clarity Offer ideas to improve how we work, serve, and communicate You'll Be a Great Fit If You...
