Job Description

Overview Join our practice as an IT Specialist/Client Service Representative and become a vital part of delivering exceptional technology support and customer service. In this energetic role, you will provide comprehensive technical assistance, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure for our employees and clients. Duties Implement security measures. Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Deliver prompt and effective technical support to employees and clients. Troubleshoot software issues, perform hardware diagnostics, and resolve computer management challenges efficiently. Install and update company software and hardware as needed. Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner. Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. Setting up accounts for staff and clients, ensuring they know how to log in. Utilizing excellent communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. Solving password problems. Setting up new client accounts, printing client requisitions and filling client supply orders.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
