Job Description

Robert Half is seeking an IT Support Specialist to support a client in the hospitality industry. This role is hands-on and focused on reimaging existing PCs, customizing setups, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for both technical and non-technical users. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to get users fully up and running efficiently.
Duration:
Short-term contract; with potential to extend Pay rate: up to $30/hourly

100% Onsite in
Eugene, OregonKey Responsibilities:
Reimage and deploy existing PCs as part of a structured hardware refresh initiative Customize system configurations based on individual end-user needs Ensure users can successfully sign in and have access to all required tools and applications Provide white-glove support during setupSupport ~300 end users across the organization Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to printers, workstations, and general desktop support Manage and track requests through a ticketing system Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for users during device setup and transitions
