This role is the backbone of our operation—supporting plumbing, sewer, and excavation crews to keep jobs running smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing Demo, digging, trenching, and site prep Hauling materials, tools, and equipment Keeping job sites clean and organized Picking up materials and parts as needed Assist plumbers and excavation crews on job sites Supporting installs and larger service jobs Helping maintain trucks, tools, and shop organization Assisting with sewer and excavation projects What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and reliability (this is non-negotiable) Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Valid driver's license (clean record preferred) Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Good attitude and team-first mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the company Bonus (not required): Construction, plumbing, or excavation experience Experience operating equipment (mini excavators, etc.) Pay & Benefits $18-$21/hour (DOE) Overtime opportunities available Performance-based raises Full-time, steady work Clear path to advance into plumbing, drain, or excavation roles Work with a fast-growing, high-energy team Why Pink Flamingo Plumbing?
