Job Description

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a full-time IT Specialist II to join the Information Technology team in Medford, NY. Provides first-level technical support for end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring efficient daily operations of supported systems. This position is based in Medford, NY. However, the IT Specialist I will be required to travel, as needed, to other RiseWell sites located throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, and the five boroughs of New York City to provide IT support.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of experience providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting end-user systems. Valid NY State Driver's License required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
A. Provide front-line help desk support for end-user issues and requests.| B. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues and escalate complex problems to Tier 2. C. Configure and deploy agency-issued devices including laptops, tablets, and mobile devices .D. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and track assignment of assets. E. Process communication system requests. F. Provide user training and ongoing support on agency systems and applications. G. Maintain records, logs, and databases related to IT assets and support activities. H. Enforce IT policies and perform routine device audits for compliance and quality assurance. I. Provide backup support for communications systems as needed. J. Perform all other job duties as assigned.
