Onsite Field Operations Location:
Salem /
Portland Region, OR Duration:
5 Months (Potential Extension/Full-Time)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8 AM

Start:
ASAP Role Summary Hands-on IT support role focused on troubleshooting, hardware setup, and supporting field users in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile devices Perform break/fix and equipment setup Support mobile apps on phones/tablets Handle basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, connectivity) Install/configure printers and access points Manage support tickets and resolve issues promptly Required Skills 1-2 years IT support experience Strong hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals) Basic networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Jira/Zendesk, etc.) Hands-on troubleshooting skills Strong communication & customer support Spanish speaking required Nice to Have Experience in production/warehouse/field environments
