Monday-Thursday, 7am - 6pm We are hiring a hands-on Desktop Support Specialist who loves to solve problems, support people, and keep devices running smoothly across our sites.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Desktop Support Specialist provides frontline technical support across the organization. This role ensures reliable day-to-day technology operations by supporting staff with hardware, software, and system issues while delivering responsive, high-quality service. The position plays a key role in maintaining the technology systems that support patient care and business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-person and remote technical support to staff across multiple locations. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops, laptops, printers, phones, and peripherals. Manage and resolve help desk tickets with clear communication and timely follow-up Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices and applications Support meeting technology, including A/V equipment and conferencing tools
QUALIFICATIONS
1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support role Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users Working knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking Experience with ticketing systems and managing support requests Valid Oregon driver's license and proof of insurance
