Duties:

Provide the following support including but not limited to: Provide technical support to clinical operations and patient care teams to facilitate electronic health records use. Complete the necessary training to function as a temporary Electronic Health Records administrator for EPIC-OCHIN and Sapphire Health systems on behalf of OYA. Assist clinical Electronic Health Records application users through troubleshooting, coaching, and consulting. Collaborate with the Electronic Health Records vendor and OYA oversight to optimize use of the system through implementation of any new electronic health record features and upgrades. Ensure security of the electronic health record systems; prevent unauthorized access. Maintain operational and clinical reports and reporting tools for data collection. Identify, assess, trouble shoot and obtain assistance on application and equipment issues as they occur, seeing it through to full resolution. Work collaboratively with clinical staff to manage requests for: Additions of diagnosis and procedure codes and medications to the system. Requests for additional system-level charting tools from the review process through follow-up communication to users Assist with development of clinical workflows.
