This role is ideal for individuals with experience in structured cabling, network hardware installation, and physical infrastructure setup - however, no prior data center experience is required as this position is a great way to get entry-level experience at a data center! You'll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for deploying and maintaining the physical network backbone that powers cloud services. This includes copper and fiber cabling, labeling, rack setup, and other ad-hoc infrastructure tasks. Key Responsibilities Install, route, and terminate copper and fiber cabling across data center environments Label and document cabling infrastructure to meet standards Assist in rack setup, alignment, and hardware installation Support ad-hoc infrastructure delivery projects including network expansions and hardware refreshes Maintain visual and operational standards for structured cabling and rack layouts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment of network infrastructure Follow safety protocols and quality assurance procedures during all installations Track inventory and assist with equipment staging and deployment Basic Qualifications High school diploma, technical certification, or military/trade school background 0-2 years of experience in network cabling, infrastructure deployment, or related technical work Familiarity with copper and fiber cabling standards and best practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes Ability to lift and move equipment and work in physically active environments Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a data center or large-scale IT environment Exposure to labeling standards, rack dressing, and structured cabling documentation Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Military veterans encouraged to apply Team Culture & Expectations You'll be joining a collaborative and high-performance team that values precision, accountability, and continuous improvement.
