The Digital Media Manager plays a vital role in extending our worship and ministry beyond our walls through high-quality digital production. Position Summary Manage Sunday worship production (8:00am-12:00pm) Coordinate audio, video, livestream, and presentation systems Train and oversee volunteer production teams Support special events (additional paid hours as needed) Collaborate with Pastor, Music Directors, Staff, and Church Leadership Technical Responsibilities Operate audio mixing board, ATEM switcher, cameras, and speaker systems Oversee OBS, YouTube, PowerPoint, VLC, Windows Media Player Conduct sound checks and equipment reviews Set up and tear down portable equipment (on/off campus events) Recommend upgrades and submit annual digital media budget Qualifications Minimum 1 year streaming or production experience Worship production experience preferred Proficiency in livestream and audio/visual systems Strong troubleshooting and communication skills Commitment to BT@R's mission of love, grace, and outreach Oversight & Accountability An oversight committee consisting of three (3) members of Church Council will review livestream services weekly. This committee will report directly to the President of Council. The President will meet with and discuss any items of concern or recommendations with the Digital Media Manager weekly to ensure excellence, consistency, and alignment with the mission of BT@R. Compensation & Hours Estimated 5-10 hours per week, including Sundays and preparation time. Salary range $21-$25 commensurate with experience and responsibilities. Additional event hours compensated as applicable. Final equipment and budget decisions subject to Church Council approval.
