June 19, 2026 Part-Time On-site Locations Showing 1 location Business Office 2011 Scotland Avenue Chambersburg, PA 17201, USA Job Details Description Part-time / Non-exempt / Pay based on experience Reporting to the Director of Technical Operations, the Tech Bar - Resident Support Specialist is a customer-service focused, entry-level role responsible for providing technical support to residents in an efficient and accurate manner. This position serves as a front-line representative of Menno Haven and the Technology Operations department, assisting with basic technical issues across assigned areas. The Help Desk Specialist diagnoses and troubleshoots hardware and software problems to ensure optimal system performance and resident satisfaction. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends to support resident needs and events.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred. Strong customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor, required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required. Knowledge of mobile phones, tablets, and laptops required. Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android preferred. Ability to work patiently and effectively with customers to resolve technical issues, required. Ability to be available to work Nights and Weekends as required. Ability to troubleshoot hardware components and peripheral devices on the network is required. Ability to diagnose and resolve software issues on troubleshoot software on networked devices is required. Ability to connect devices to wired and wireless networks is required.
