As a Global Support Services Analyst, you'll join our collaborative and engaging IT team, working with business users to provide critical support to keep our teams up and running. Your team provides desktop hardware configuration and upgrades, monitoring, software installations, hardware upgrades, imaging, and PC deployment. Using our ServiceNow ticketing management system, you'll resolve ServiceDesk requests and incidents by diagnosing hardware and software problems and installing and configuring standard desktop packages, liaising with third-party maintenance engineers as needed. In this critical role, your team may need to report for emergency duties, which may occur outside of normal office hours, and also to undertake business trips to support other offices where necessary. You'll also have an opportunity to undertake individual 'project' work - innovation and development initiatives are always encouraged.
