Ongoing Multi Year Contract We are seeking an Enterprise Mobility Support Analyst to provide hands-on support for mobile devices across a large enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for supporting iOS and Android smartphones and tablets, assisting with a major mobility initiative, configuring and deploying devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise mobile devices, Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, and users in both remote and onsite environments. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience supporting mobile devices in an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience supporting iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM), Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) platforms. Experience with one or more of the following technologies: Microsoft Intune VMware Workspace ONE (AirWatch) MobileIron / Ivanti Jamf BlackBerry UEM MaaS360 ManageEngine Endpoint Central Other enterprise MDM/UEM solutions Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between local sites as required.
