Location:

5 days/week on site in Levittown, PA We are seeking a Tier 2 Service Desk Technician to provide advanced technical support for end users. This role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated hardware, software, network, mobile device, and Microsoft 365 issues while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience supporting corporate IT environments. Required 4+ years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support roles. Strong troubleshooting experience supporting Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office environments. Knowledge of endpoint management tools such as Intune, SCCM, JAMF, or similar. Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and wireless connectivity. Experience using ITSM/ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple requests and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
