Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Document deployments, inventory updates, and troubleshooting resolutions.
Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when interacting with employees.
Education:
High School High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
IT-related education or certifications are a plus.
Experience:
12 months Experience with computer setup, deployment, or technical support preferred.
Experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience with Windows-based computers is preferred.
Physical:
Ability to handle and move laptops, desktop computers, and related equipment.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift equipment as required.
Must be able to safely perform the physical tasks associated with workstation and equipment deployment.
