OVERVIEW:

This role supports a fast-paced, 24/7 technical operations environment. This is not a basic help desk role. This position requires strong troubleshooting ability across networking, systems, and security-related technologies.

THIS POSITION IS FULLY ON-SITE WITH NO HYBRID OR REMOTE WORK WHAT-SO-EVER. THIS POSITION ALSO WORKS ON A ROTATING SHIFT IN A 24/7 ENVIRONMENT. IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THAT, THEN THIS IS NOT THE POSITION FOR YOU.

You do not have at least 2 years of hands-on technical or network support experience You are not comfortable working a rotating shift in a 24/7 environment

REQUIREMENTS

!! 2+ years of experience in technical support, network support, or systems support Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switching, routing, and firewalls Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux environments Strong troubleshooting ability across networks, systems, or infrastructure Comfortable working in a ticketing system with detailed documentation Preferred (BUT

) Experience with VMWare, Hyper-V, Datto, Veeam, SentinelOne, Duo, Okta, etc. Exposure to scripting (PowerShell, Python, SQL) Certifications such as Network+, Security+,

CCNA, MCSA DUTIES:

Troubleshoot network, system, and security-related issues across hardware and software Monitor alerts, logs, and traffic to identify anomalies or potential threats Investigate and categorize incidents based on severity and impact Document all actions, findings, and resolutions in a ticketing system Escalate issues when needed and collaborate with internal teams Assist in improving processes, documentation, and technical procedures Operate in a structured, high-accountability environment supporting 24/7 operations

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
