Job Description

What you'll be doing This is a hands-on Tier 1 support role where you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day IT support across the business, with a big focus on the Pittsburgh office. On any given day, you'll be: Helping employees with IT issues coming in through tickets, calls, and walk-ups Setting up and supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers Imaging, building, and deploying new machines (plus desk setups onsite) Supporting PC refresh efforts and working in a Windows 11 environment Troubleshooting connectivity, software, and basic application issues Assisting with meeting setups, video conferencing tools, and executive support when needed Managing IT equipment (inventory, repairs, upgrades, replacements, etc.) Escalating more complex issues to the right teams when needed It's a pretty visible role, so strong customer service and communication are key—you'll be interacting with everyone from everyday users to leadership. What they're looking for Experience in a corporate IT support or help desk environment Comfortable working onsite 5 days a week Hands-on experience supporting desktops, laptops, and mobile devices Solid understanding of Microsoft environments (Windows, O365, etc.) Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to juggle multiple requests Customer-first mindset with strong communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable Someone who's eager to learn and grow within IT Nice to have Experience in a larger or global enterprise environment Exposure to SLA/KPI-driven service desk environments Familiarity with ITIL best practices Experience with tools like Active Directory, O365, or PowerShell Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN fundamentals)

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
